This Privacy Policy explains how USGCX collects, uses, shares and protects personal data about you when you use our website, mobile applications and services.

Account and transaction data: your account balance, gold holdings, deposits, withdrawals, buy and sell instructions, fees and statements.

Communications: messages you send to our support team and records of our calls with you.
2. How we use your data
To open and operate your account, execute your instructions and settle your transactions.
